Our Hypnobirthing course helps you navigate all birth scenarios, whether you’re planning a vaginal birth or a planned caesarean. Learn how to recognise when labour is starting and when to go to your chosen birth place or call your care team. Understand the stages of labour, the role of your birth partner, and the various birth place options. We also guide you through comfort measures, pain relief, induction methods, and navigating unexpected situations like unplanned caesareans or assisted births. Additionally, we help you write and share your birth preferences with your midwife or consultant to ensure you’re fully prepared.
